No prior experience is necessary to join MP Gymbox. We welcome everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned professionals. For your first class at MP Gymbox, we recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, boxing gloves, hand wraps, and a water bottle. If you don't have boxing gloves or hand wraps, we have equipment available for at the gym. Additionally, make sure to wear proper athletic shoes.
